Citizens for a Better Williams Hosts An Evening at the Lodge

An Evening at the Lodge Poster 2014Known for our efforts in cleaning city streets, the Citizens for a Better Williams also helps maintain downtown landscapes and hosts two large community events each year, ‘Williams Pioneer Day’, and the ‘Festival of Lights.’

On Saturday, November 1, 2014, the organization will continue its grassroots community betterment efforts by hosting a fundraising dinner on Saturday, November 1, 2014.

Celebrating the Fall Season with “An Evening at the Lodge,” a delicious gourmet meal will be served to guests in the upstairs dining hall of the ‘Tuscan Lodge.’

The Tuscan Lodge was once homage to the Williams Masonic organization, which disbanded several years ago.

In February of 2013, Kevin and Pat Ash purchased the building and have been in the process of restoring the building to its former glory.

“This is an excellent opportunity for people come out and support CBW and to see the lodge,” said Andi Armstrong, Citizens for a better Williams board President.

Guests will experience a tasteful evening starting at 6:00 p.m. for cocktails and appetizers. Dinner will be served at 7:00 p.m. featuring a delectable petite beef tenderloin and prawn dinner prepared by Rocco’s Bar & Grill.

Guests will also enjoy a live and silent auction; featuring vacation trips and other excellent items.

“This is going to be an event like no other,” said Armstrong.

Tickets are limited and are $65 per person, or $100 per couple. Tickets can be purchased at New Attitude Salon in Williams or with any CBW Member.

The event will also feature a Tipsy Taxi to help get guests safely home from an enchanting evening.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend.
