“I am excited to work for All Star Realty,” said Wadsworth, “ I think the experience of my co-workers will help me succeed.”
Wadsworth’s specialty is in agriculture and residential properties in both the Glenn and Colusa Counties areas.
“I have always had an interest in real estate,” said Wadsworth, “ and I always knew I wanted to do something in agriculture.”
In addition to Wadsworth, one of All Star Realty’s longest agents received her broker license, Nancy Loudon.
“I like to keep updated on the market, and always looking forward to continuing my education,” said Loudon, “ and obtaining my broker license was the next step.”
Loudon commented that although it doesn’t mean a whole lot to her clients, it will help with transactions and opens the door of opportunity.
“I now can get more involved in property management,” said Loudon.
All Star Realty, recently added property management to its list of services offering their investment clients first-class service.
“A property management service helps reduce the headache of renting a home to someone,” said Loudon, “we can do the basics from interviewing tenants to working with rent collection, it’s up to the client and their needs.”
“I am happy to have the addition of a broker, and to have our new agent,” said Campbell, “these are great opportunities for our growing business.”
