Weather faired as the Citizens for a Better Williams Hosted its seventh annual Festival of Lights in downtown Williams on Saturday, December 13, 2014.

Twenty-five vendors occupied the section of E Street near the historic Williams Arch where community members and visitors gathered from some holiday merriment and a little gift shopping.

Shortly before 7:00 p.m. the tree at Town Square was ceremoniously lit and the Festival of Light Parade began.

Over 15 floats paraded downtown Williams celebrating the holiday season with Santa Claus and Christmas lights.

Winners of the 2014 Festival of Lights Parade include the Williams High School ASP placing third, Williams Hardware placing second, and the Girl Scouts placing first.
