Leslie Ann Hosmer (1966-2014)

leslie-hosmer-terris-obituaryLeslie Ann Hosmer, age 47, 4th generation San Franciscan, peacefully passed away, at her parents’ home in Colusa, on April 26, 2014. Leslie was a loving and talented wife, daughter, sister and aunt. Leslie loved to travel and enjoyed living in London, England. Upon her retuning she embraced herself in learning to be a multi-talented artisan. Among some of her talents she created were quilt art, comical fly clocks and gold jewelry. She had been employed at Something-Anything in Ghirardelli Square and Tiburon, Ca before her illness.

She is survived by her faithful Husband, of 14 years Bryan, Father and Step-mother Richard and Kay Millard Hosmer, Sister Diana Hosmer Hampton, Half-sister Debra Carter of Las Vegas and numerous Nieces and Nephews.

She was preceded in death by her Mother Dale Jon Hosmer.

A private interment will be at Cypress Lawn Cemetery, Colma, California on May 13, which would have been her 48th birthday.

A Celebration of Life for Leslie will be held at the family’s summer home, in Glen Ellen, CA, June 1, at 12:00 PM. All family and friends are invited. Leslie’s wish was “Flowers at my Celebration”.

The family would like to thank her private caregivers and Yolo Hospice staff for their excellent care and kindness given Leslie and the family during her last days.
