What’s Local? Steidlmayer Law

WPR 01082015 - Steidlmayer Law (3)

In 1979, Leo Steidlmayer took the opportunity to bring his legal expertise to Colusa County – 35 years later, he continues to be the go-to-guy.

Leo is recently joined by his son Luke, and daughter-in-law, Erin.

“I look forward to continuing my father’s legacy of hard work, and providing a quality legal service to Colusa County,” said Luke.

Luke joined the firm in 2013, after completing law school and working four years at a large firm in Sacramento.

“My father has always had an open door policy,” said Luke, “We will continue to be the full service firm everyone has come to trust.”

Born and raised in Colusa County, Luke played for the San Diego Padres where he retired and began his career in Law, and married his wife Erin in 2011.

Erin joined the firm in 2014.

“I look forward to becoming a part of the community and raising my family here,” said Erin.

Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, Erin grew up in the Marin County area where she always wanted to help people.

“I started at UC Davis to be a nurse but later found that Law was my calling,” said Erin.

Both Luke and Erin have a wide range of specialties including probate, real estate law, business law, agriculture law, litigation, and much more.

“We want Colusa County to have the same quality of legal services as the big city, but have with the personalized service,” said Luke.

“If we are unable to help you, we will most certainly know who can,” Luke added.

The law firm has a history of longevity as their secretary, Linda Berry has been with the firm since the beginning.

“Anyone that has done business with us knows that she is the one that keeps us going,” said Leo.

In addition to Berry, Griselda Romero is the firm’s interpreter.

“It’s a team effort,” said Leo.

Leo, Luke, and Erin can be reached by calling (530) 458-7795 or at their office 659 Jay Street in Colusa.
