Come celebrate “You know you’re from Williams when…” on Saturday, June 6, 2015 during Williams Pioneer Day!
In preparation for the festivities, the Shop Local Expo committee have now posted the Vendor Application to www.downtownwilliams.com.
All vendors interested in selling food, merchandise, or services are required to complete the application.
The booth fee is $10 for Non-Profits, and $20 for businesses, personal or political booths. Booth size is 10’ x 10’, and vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, pop-up’s, power, and other items necessary for their sale. All vendors using cooking devices or generators must bring a working fire extinguisher.
Applications are due Friday, May 29, 2015, along with the registration fee. No applications will be accepted after May 29 – no exceptions.
Vendors can start setting up at 8:00 a.m. after checking in with event staff and receiving their assigned booth space. Vendors must be set up and ready for sale by 9:00 a.m., the event will conclude at noon. Vendors must be cleaned up by 1:00 p.m.

Williams Pioneer Day is held annually on the first Saturday in June. Bring out your family, and enjoy a variety of street vendors (9:00 AM), a dashing parade (10:00AM), and a spectacular fireworks show (9:00 PM). It’s a great day of fun for the whole family, celebrating the pioneering history of Williams, California.
