On September 1, 2015, the Colusa County Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting and grand opening ceremony for Victory Alliance Insurance Agency in Colusa.

Owner, Victor Matamoros was joined by several business members, friends, family and clients as he celebrated the success of opening his agency.

Matamoros has several years of property/casualty, and life insurance experience decided to branch out on his own and open the Victory Alliance Insurance Agency at 1027 Bridge Street, Suite C in Colusa.

The Victory Alliance Insurance Agency will provide several personal lines of insurance that include Home, Auto, Renters, Boat and Flood Insurance. Additionally, commercial insurance lines will be offered as well as Farm Insurance, Workers Compensation, Surety Bonds, and BOP.

“We will also offer a variety of life insurance lines,” said Matamoros.

Having grown-up in Mexico City and Cancun, Matamoros learned a lot of business traits from his father.

“My father had a successful business and taught me the importance of earning a living without a sense of entitlement,” said Matamoros, “I learned the value of good customer service.”
A resident of Williams, California, Matamoros enjoys spending time with his wife and his son.

“My family is the engine of my being, and I strive to provide the same level of importance to the families I proudly serve,” said Matamoros.

The Victory Alliance Insurance Agency will be open Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Fridays by Appointment Only, and can be reached by calling (530) 458-8031. You may also visit his website at http://www.victoryallianceins.com/■
