Don Habanero to Celebrate One Year Anniversary

11998849_431186170414900_5176490397315583051_nCommemorating Mexican Independence Day, Don Habanero Mexican Restaurant will also celebrate its one-year anniversary of serving its unique family style approach to authentic fine Mexican cuisine.

On Wednesday, September 16, 2015, the popular Mexican restaurant will host a special dinner hour from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM with the Colusa County Chamber of Commerce and business members.

It seems like yesterday since Alex and Grace Anaya opened their doors and invited its patrons to a unique dining experience.

As guests enter the restaurant, they are greeted by friendly staff members as Alex makes his rounds welcoming everyone.

“I love to see people happy,” said Alex, “I invite everyone to come in and enjoy what we are doing.”

For over 28 years, Alex has worked in the restaurant business. His knowledge and experience in the craft helps him excel at customer satisfaction.

“I used to tell my family that someday we will have a real restaurant,” said Alex, “I only use the best – freshest – ingredients possible. I want people to enjoy their food.”

Alex, his wife Grace, and their daughter Elizabeth worked together and opened their doors in August of 2014.

“The community has been very good to me,” said Alex, “I want to say Thank you to everyone for their support.”

Don Habanero will be offering a special discount to patrons during their one-year anniversary celebration.

Don Habanero is located at 221 5th Street in Colusa, and can be reached by phone at (530) 458-3533.
