Maxwell Recreations District Seeks Logo


Call all artists! The Maxwell Recreation and Parks District is holding a logo design contest to create a graphic identity for the organization.

The winning design will be used on various items produced, published and utilized by the organization.

The design is open to Maxwell Unified School District students aged from kindergarten to the 12th grade.

Logo design specifications must include all aspects the town of Maxwell and the Recreations and Parks District has to offer.

Examples include rice farming, almond/walnut orchards, patriotism, the town water tower, school pride, and more.

The winner will be selected by the MRPD board of directors and announced at this year’s rodeo. The winner will receive a $25 Visa gift card.

Entries must be submitted by 3:00 PM on by April 29, 2016. It is recommended to put your name and grade on the back of the design. Entries must be submitted to Christy Pearson or Amy Claridge. For information contact, Kyle Miller (530) 491-1007.
