On January 31, 2016, Cutter was crowned as the 2016 Miss Sacramento Outstanding Teen 1st Runner-up, and received the Tony Moises Top Interview Award and collected $600 in scholarship funds.
Though there is glitz, glam, and glory with most pageants, Cutter embarks on self-growth and opportunity.
“I have gained interview skills, and I can share my talent and platform with an audience,” said Cutter.
Cutter’s talent is playing the piano, something she has done for many years.
“I wanted to perform for groups and have used music as therapy,” said Cutter, “I have played at various senior living facilities and enjoy interacting with the residents.”
Cutter has performed at Silver Oaks Manor in Williams and The Californian Assisted Living Facility in Woodland.
As Cutter completes her High School Career, she plans on attending college where she will major in television production.
“One of the exciting things I got to do was shadow a television director and worked as an intern at Access Television,” said Cutter.
Cutter is also the recipient of the North Valley Regional Outstanding Teen and competed in the National American Miss and the West Coast Regional Talent.
“I would like to thank my mom for driving me to all the pageants, meetings and events,” said Cutter, “I also would like to thank my dad, my brothers, and my friends for all of their support.”
