CHP Officer Nathan Taylor, known for his genuine and positive personality, lost his life after a passing vehicle struck him earlier this week. He was 35 years old.
“Public servants, such as Nathan, put their community before themselves to ensure the safety and wellbeing of its citizens,” said Brian Place, Dutch Bros Granite Bay/Roseville owner. “As local owner/operators of Dutch Bros, we feel that community is the bond that unites us all.”
All Dutch Bros locations in the greater Sacramento area will donate $1 from every drink sold to Officer Taylor’s family to support them in time of need. Donations will be made to the Nathan Taylor Memorial Fund through the CAHP Credit Union. Contributions can also been made via on site donation buckets.
“It is important to all of us at Dutch Bros to be involved in our community and helping in times of need,” said Brian.
All locations in Auburn, Roseville, Granite Bay, Sacramento, Elk Grove, Fairfield, Davis and Woodland will be participating. To find a location near you, along with their hours of operations, please visit dutchbros.com/locations.
