Nick is survived by his father Gary (Cindy) Barrett of Princeton, CA, his mother Becky Van Kleeck (John Poyner) of Colusa CA, his grandfather Manuel Barrett, grandmother Bertie Van Kleeck, his aunts Carla (Lawrence) van Kleek, Devra Van Kleeck, Cindy Barrett (Dave Lake), stepbrothers Scott (Lisa) Poyner, Bryan Poyner, Andrew (Camie) Poyner, and many loving cousins.  He was preceded in death by his adored grandfather Carl Van Kleeck and his beloved Nana, Mary Barrett.

A celebration of Nick’s life will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made in Nick’s name to the Colusa County Agricultural Foundation through the Colusa County Office of Education or the Princeton Agriculture Barn Project through Princeton High School Future Farmers of America.
