She was born September 21, 1938 in Sacramento, CA.  She was descended from the Alexander, Frasier and Peart families, early settlers of Grand Island.

Sharon attended Grand Island School, Pierce Jt. She was one of the sweetest, kindest, and most helpful people that we know.  She enjoyed spending time with her friends, laughing & joking, and reliving old memories.  Some of her favorite times were just relaxing with friends, and petting the dogs, and enjoying their antics.  She loved her many, many students, and her teacher co-workers, and her Rainbow Girls.

Sharon is survived by her brother Ward Alton Peart Jr. of Lodi, and his family; as well as by cousins Sally Aldinger of Hayfork,  Doug Peart of Elk Grove, and Lee Poundstone of Costa Rica, and their families, and eleven cousins and their families of the Frasier clan in Canada.
