General Plan Amendment #18-4-1, Zoning Amendment #18-4-1, ED #18-13, Jack Baber – Project Description: A proposed Resolution for a General Plan Amendment and Zoning Amendment changing 10.08+ acres of Industrial (I) designated land with a zoning of Heavy Industrial (M-2) to Commercial (C) designated land with a zoning of Commercial Highway (C-H) and changing 10.08+ acres of Commercial (C) designated land zoned Commercial Highway (C-H) to Industrial (I) designated land with a zoning of Heavy Industrial (M-2) and associated Categorical Exemption (ED 18-13), located at the northeast corner of Interstate 5 and Maxwell Colusa Road; identified as APNs 011-280-015 and 011-280-040.
On Wednesday, August 1, 2018 the Colusa County Planning Commission by a majority vote adopted a resolution to recommend approval of a Categorical Exemption and the above project.
Written comments are invited and should be received no later than the date of the public hearing. Documentation is available for review in accordance with Agenda Scheduling Deadlines at the Office of the Clerk of the Board.
