NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Colusa County Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on August 1, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers located at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA, to consider the following:
Tentative Parcel Map #18-4-1, ED #18-12, Fritz Grimmer – Proposed Resolution of the Planning Commission to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation, Monitoring, and Reporting Program for a Tentative Parcel Map to divide an existing 370±acre property into six parcels ranging in size from 40.1+acres to 129.5±acres on property zoned Exclusive Agriculture (E-A), located at 1791 State Route 45 approximately 4,500-feet southeast of the intersection of State Route 45 and Dry Slough Road in the Grimes area; identified as APNs 019-020-036 and 019-020-037.
