Williams Unified School District – Request For Qualifications/Proposals

The Williams Unified School District is seeking proposals and qualifications packages from general contractors for Lease Lease-Back services for the District Office Renovation project valued at $250,000. The project consists of the renovation of an existing single-story residential building into a commercial office space and includes a new parking lot.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the site at 1500 E Street, Williams, CA 95987 at 1:00pm, on December 11, 2019.
