NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Colusa County Board of Supervisors will conduct a Public Hearing on June 25, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers located at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA to consider a proposed ordinance.
The proposed ordinance amends sections 45-6 and 45-8 of Chapter 45 of the Colusa County Code. Specifically, it makes changes to sections pertaining to employee discipline and leave. It deletes subsections 188.8.131.52.1, 184.108.40.206.2, 220.127.116.11, 18.104.22.168.1, 22.214.171.124, 126.96.36.199.1, 188.8.131.52.2, 184.108.40.206.3, 220.127.116.11.4, 18.104.22.168, 22.214.171.124.1, and 126.96.36.199.2. Additionally, it changes certain timing provisions under subsection 188.8.131.52. It also amends certain leave provisions and accruals under sections 184.108.40.206 and deletes other related provisions under sections 220.127.116.11 and 18.104.22.168. Furthermore, it changes inapplicable references to the “Personnel” Department or the “Personnel” Director to the correct “Human Resources” Department and “Human Resources Director” designations in subsections 45.6.3, 45.6.4, 45.6.6, 45.6.7, 22.214.171.124, 45.6.8, 126.96.36.199, 188.8.131.52.4, 184.108.40.206, 220.127.116.11.4, 18.104.22.168.2.2, 22.214.171.124.3, 126.96.36.199.4, and 188.8.131.52.6 Additionally, bereavement leave which is already included in existing labor agreements, has been added to available leaves under subsection 184.108.40.206.
