COLUSA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Colusa County Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. in the County Board of Supervisors Chambers at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA, 95932. At the hearing the Board will consider General Plan Amendment #19-3-1, Zoning Amendment #19-3-1, and Environmental Determination ED #19-5 to:
1.) Adopt the California Environmental Quality Act exemptions;
2.) Approve a General Plan Amendment to change the General Plan land use designation from Commercial (C) to Urban Residential (UR).
3.) Approve a Zoning Amendment to change the Zoning designation from Community Commercial (C-2) to Residential Two Family (R-2).
The project site of approximately 0.5-acres is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of State Route 45 and Norman Road bordered by the Sacramento River to the east, identified as APN 012-013-004

Additional documentation is available for review in accordance with Agenda Scheduling Deadlines at the Office of the Clerk of the Board. Written comments are invited and should be received no later than the date of the public hearing by the Clerk of the Board, 547 Market Street, Suite 102, Colusa, CA 95932 or e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you challenge in a court action a decision of the Colusa County Board of Supervisors regarding zoning, planning, land use, or environmental protection matters made at any public hearing described in this notice, you may be limited to raising only those issues (1) you or someone else raised at such public hearing, or (2) raised in written correspondence delivered to the Colusa County Board of Supervisors at, or prior to such public hearing.
