COUNTY OF COLUSA PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Colusa County Planning Commission will conduct a Public hearing December 4, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers located at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA, to consider the following:
Use Permit #19-9-1, ED #19-25, Jorge Velazquez – Proposed Resolution of the Planning Commission to adopt CEQA Exemptions for a Use Permit to operate a dog grooming and kenneling business. The project site is located on property zoned Rural Residential (R-R); located at 3100 Wescott Road approximately a quarter of a mile south of the City of Colusa and the intersection of Wescott Road and Ashley Drive identified as APN 017-030-058.
