NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A STATUTORY EXEMPTION AND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Colusa County Board of Supervisors will conduct a Public Hearing on December 17 2019 at 9:30 a.m. in the County Board of Supervisors Chambers at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA, 95932 to consider the following:

General Plan Amendment #19-7-1 and Zoning Amendment #19-7-1 ED #19-13, Arlan Moore Living Trust – Approving a proposed Resolution and Ordinance to do the following:

(1) Adopt CEQA Exemptions for the proposed General Plan Amendment and Zoning Amendment;

(2) Change approximately 6.15 +/- acres from the current General Plan designation of Agriculture Transition (AT) to Agriculture General (AG) on APN 019-110-064 (approximately 5.11 +/- acres) and APN 019-110-055 (approximately 1.04 +/- acres);

(3) Change approximately 6.15 +/- acres from the current Zoning designation of Agriculture Transition (AT) to Exclusive Agriculture (E-A) on APN 019-110-064 (approximately 5.11 +/- acre) and APN 019-110-055 (approximately 1.04 +/- acres);

(4) Change approximately 3.15 +/- acres from the current General Plan designation of Agriculture Transition (AT) to Rural Residential (RR) on APN 019-110-064 (approximately 2.53 +/- acres) and APN 019-110-065 (approximately 0.62+ acres); and
(5) Change approximately 3.15 +/- acres from the current Zoning designation of Agriculture Transition (AT) to Rural Residential (RR) on APN 019-110-064 (approximately 2.53 +/- acres) and APN 019-110-065 (approximately 0.62+ acres).
