Williams City Administrator Frank Kennedy confirmed Tuesday that Sgt. Jennifer Parker, the city’s K9 handler, had also been placed on administrative leave, joining Police Chief Ed Anderson, Sgt. Steve Woldanski, and records technician Eileen Niblack, who were forced off duty in early January.
Kennedy said he would not comment on the nature of the investigation due to protections afforded city personnel, particularly law enforcement officers, but said it was a sensitive and important matter.
Kennedy said he expects some resolution in the coming weeks.
Meanwhile, Sgt. Chris Miller remains at the helm of the Williams Police Department. ■
