Football

At a home game against Live Oak, the RedHawks fell to the Lions 28-7. Colusa will be entering the playoffs with the first round against Mount Shasta at home on Friday.

Maxwell had a home game against Quincy. The Panthers will be traveling to Los Molinos for the first game of the playoffs against the Bulldogs.

The Bears suffered a loss in Durham against the Trojans 14-13. Pierce will be the location in the first game of the playoffs when they play against Modoc on Friday.

Princeton Eagles closed up their season in the first round of playoffs. The game in Big Valley against the Cardinals ended 42-0. 

The Yellowjackets were trounced 21-12 at an away game against the Braves in Hamilton. Williams will travel to Winters for the first round of playoffs. 

Volleyball

The Lady RedHawks had a big week with two wins. The first game on Nov. 5 against East Nicolaus ended 3-0, followed by a championship 3-0 win against Etna on Saturday. Colusa plays in the State Tournament on Nov. 12 in Oakland against Skyline.

Pierce finishes up the season with a game against University Prep. The Panthers won 3-0 against the Lady Bears during the second playoff game on Nov. 5 in Redding.

Cross Country

Colusa, Pierce, and Williams will all be running in the Northern Section finals. The meet will be held on Thursday, Nov. 14 at West Valley High School in Cottonwood.
