Ayla Marie Peters, 33, of Redding, CA, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on 09/19/2020, at 10:17 PM, in the are of Interstate 5 and Highway 20 in Colusa County, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs [VC 23152 (A)]; and child endangerment [VC 273(A)].

Toby Hernandez, 58, of Sacramento, CA, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on 09/19/2020, at 4:00 PM, in the Area of Interstate 5 at County Line Road in Colusa County, on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance [HS 11550].

Marilyn Elizabeth McDonald, 44, of Colusa, CA, was arrested by the Williams Police Department on 09/20/2020, at 2:28 PM, in the 300 block of E Street in Williams, on suspicion of driving without a license [VC 12500(A)]; driving under the influence of alcohol with a prior [VC 23152(A)]; and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs [VC 23152(B)].

Adrian Paniagua-Cuevas, 27, of Willows, CA, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office on 09/20/2020, at 9:02 AM, in the area of the Colusa Casino in Colusa, on suspicion of disorderly conduct with alcohol or drugs [PC 474(F)]; the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia [HS 11364]; the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia [HS 11350]; the possession of a controlled substance [HS 11377]; bringing drugs into jail [PC 4573.5] and the possession of forged notes [PC 475].

Jessica Lopez Frias, 32, of Williams, CA, was arrested by the Williams Police Department on 09/21/2020, at 6:25 AM, in the 1000 block of Teal Way of Williams, on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon [PC 245]; malicious mischief or vandalism [PC 594]; and burglary [PC 459].
