A bench warrant was issued – but held – in the amount of $5,000 for Yazmin Esmeralda Martinez Hanna, who failed to appear in court on March 11 to answer to charges of DUI and driving while having a blood alcohol level of .08 or greater. Hanna was charged with DUI on Sept. 16, 2019. She pleaded not guilty to the charges on Dec. 11 and was last in court on Jan. 15. Hanna has been rescheduled to appear in court at 8:30 AM on April 1 for setting of trial, at which time the warrant will be released if she does not appear. ■
