A preliminary hearing is scheduled in Colusa County Superior Court today for Aaron Janez Drolz, 28, of Sacramento.

Colusa Police Officers arrested Drolz and his female companion, Taresha Lefthand, 34, also of Sacramento, on Feb. 9 in connection to a stolen vehicle out of Sacramento, after being called to the Down Town Mobile Home Park around 9:45 AM in reference to a suspicious vehicle.

Drolz is charged with receiving stolen property (motor vehicle) and possession of drug paraphernalia. He pleaded not guilty on March 25.

Drolz will also be arraigned today on petty theft charges, which were also filled on March 25.

Lefthand failed to appear in court for her arraignment on March 10 and has a $10,000 bench warrant ordered for her arrest.

She is also charged with receiving stolen property (motor vehicle), and drug paraphernalia.

A preliminary hearing will be held today for Ricky Adan Fuentes, 38, of Watsonville. Fuentes was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, south of Hahn Road for driving under the influence of alcohol. Fuentes is charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, carrying a loaded firearm in a vehicle, having a concealed firearm in a vehicle, DUI, and driving while having a .08 or higher blood alcohol level.

Fuentes pleaded not guilty on March 18.
