(P-F) DISTRICT AND 3.97 ACRES FROM OPEN SPACE (O-S) TO LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (M-1) DISTRICT FOR THE COLUSA INDUSTRIAL PARK APN: 015-130-106

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Colusa City Council adopted Ordinance No. 544 on December 15, 2020. The Ordinance was passed and adopted by affirmative votes of Mayor Josh Hill, and Council Members Brent Nobles, Greg Ponciano and Thomas Reische. Council Member Dave Markss was absent.
Ordinance No. 544 approves the rezoning of the Colusa Industrial Park to subdivide 50.54 acres into four lots with one remainder parcel. This will amend the City’s General Plan and Zoning designation applicable to approximately 5.43 acres of the site. The full text is on the City’s website at www.cityofcolusa.com<http://www.cityofcolusa.com
