PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

On July 15, 2020 at 6:00 p.m., in City Hall of the City of Williams, a Public Hearing will be held for the purpose of: The proposed assessment for residential lots is to be $192.22 for Fiscal Year 2020-21 in the City of Williams Landscaping and Lighting District No. 97-01.

On June 17, 2020, pursuant to City Resolution 20-07, the City Council of the City of Williams initiated proceedings and declared its intention to levy an assessment against the assessable lots of property within the Landscape and Lighting District No.97-01 pursuant to the provisions of the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972, Part 2 of Division 15 of the California Streets and Highways Code, starting with Section 22500, for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2020 and ending June 30, 2021, and ordered a Public Hearing to be held on these proposed assessments. The Council is authorized by law to levy and collect assessments within the District to pay for the costs and expenses of the improvements described in the Engineers’ Report adopted June 19, 2013. At the Public Hearing, all interested persons are given the opportunity to hear and be heard regarding the levy and collection of the proposed assessments against the lots of property within the District. A copy of the Engineer’s Report is available for inspection at City Hall, 810 E Street, Williams, 530-473-2955.

El 15 de Julio del 2020 a las 6:00 p.m., en el Ayuntamiento de la Ciudad de Williams, habrá una Audiencia Pública que será sostenida para:

La evaluación de propuestas de lotes residenciales será de $192.22 dólares para el año fiscal 2020-21 en la Ciudad de Williams, Jardinería e Iluminación del Distrito Nº 97-01.

El 17 de Junio del 2020, en conformidad con la Resolución de ls Ciudad 20-07 del Consejo Municipal de la Ciudad de Williams inició el procedimiento y declaró su intención de imponer una evaluación con respecto a los lotes de la propiedad imponible en el Jardinería y el Distrito de Luz Nº 97-01 en conformidad con las disposiciones de la Ley de Jardinería e Iluminación de 1972, Parte 2 de la División 15 de las Calles y Carreteras de California, comenzando con la Sección 22500, para el año fiscal que comienza el 1 de Julio del 2020 y termina el 30 de Junio del 2021, y ordenó una audiencia pública donde se discutirán las evaluaciones propuestas.

El Consejo está autorizado por la ley para imponer y cobrar las cuotas dentro del Distrito para pagar los costos y gastos descritos en el Reporte de Ingenieros. En la audiencia pública, todas las personas interesadas tienen la oportunidad de escuchar y ser escuchado con respecto a la imposición y cobro de las cuotas propuestas en contra de los lotes de la propiedad dentro del Distrito. Una copia del Reporte del Ingeniero se encuentra disponible para su inspección en el City Hall, 810 Calle E, Williams, 530-473-2955.
