Notice of Public Hearing – Delinquent Water Charges

COLUSA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Colusa County Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 4, 2020, at 9:30 a.m. in the County Board of Supervisors Chambers at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA 95932 to consider the addition of Colusa County Service Area #1 – Century Ranch and Colusa County Service Area #2 – Stonyford delinquent and unpaid water service charges to the 2020-21 County tax roll.  Pursuant to County Code 20A-5 the Board shall hear and consider all objections and protests, if any.  Upon conclusion of the hearing the Board may adopt, revise, charge, reduce or modify any charge and shall make its determination upon each charge as listed below:

Information regarding this Hearing may be obtained by contacting the Public Works Department at 1215 Market Street, Colusa, CA  95932, or at (530) 458-0466.  Additional documentation is available for review in accordance with Agenda Scheduling Deadlines at the Office of the Clerk of the Board.  Written comments are invited and should be received no later than the date of the Public Hearing by the Clerk of the Board, 547 Market Street, Suite 102, Colusa, CA 95932 or email to boardclerk@countyofcolusa.com.
