NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Colusa County Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on September 2, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. in the County Board of Supervisors Chambers at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA, 95932 to consider a proposed Resolution recommending to the Colusa County Board of Supervisors the adoption of a General Plan Amendment #20-01, Zoning Amendment #20-01:
1.) Amend the General Plan land use designation from Agriculture General (AG) to Resource Conservation (RC) and amend the Zoning land use designation from Exclusive Agriculture (E-A) to Resource Management (R-M) on property located one half mile north of Tule Road and one quarter mile west of the Colusa Drain identified as Assessor Parcel Numbers (APNs) 019-130-049, 019-130-050, 019-130-051, 019-130-052, and 019-130-015.
2.) Amend the General Plan land use designation from Resource Conservation (RC) to Agriculture General (AG) and amend the Zoning land use designation from Resource Management (R-M) to Exclusive Agriculture (E-A) on property located north of Tule Road and east of the College City Warehouse (7251 Tule Road) identified as Assessor Parcel Number (APN) 019-130-079.
3.) Adopting Exemptions from CEQA pursuant to Title 14, Article 5 of the California Code of Regulations Sections 15060(c)(2) because this project will not result in a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment, and 15061(b)(3) because there is no possibility that the project may have a significant effect on the environment.
The Colusa County Board of Supervisors will hold a duly noticed Public Hearing to consider this recommendation and approval/adoption at a later date.
