NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A hearing will be held Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at 2:00 p.m., at the Community Development Department, 220 12th Street, Colusa, California. All interested persons are invited to submit comments in writing, or attend and be heard. Written comments should be filed with the Community Development Department.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the applicants as listed below have applied to the Colusa County Zoning Administrator for the designated projects at each respective location which require a minor use permit, minor variance, and/or environmental determination:
Minor Variance #20-01, American Commodity Company. LLC – Proposed Statutory Exemptions and Minor Variance to exceed the 100 foot agricultural accessory building height limit by 10 feet in the Exclusive Agriculture (E-A) zone to allow the construction of a thermal oil heater exhaust stack for the ACC Bioenergy Electrical Plant previously approved under a Use Permit #18-10-01, located at 6133 Abel Road approximately 0.7 miles east of the intersection of Husted Road and Abel Road in the unincorporated area of the community of Williams; identified as APN 017-050-048.
