NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the CITY COUNCIL will hold a Public Hearing in the City Council chambers in the Colusa City Hall located at 425 Webster Street on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter. The meeting is for the purpose of the City Council to review and potentially approve the following items:
1. A Resolution of the City of Colusa City Council approving a Cannabis Facilities Special Use Permit and a Regulatory Permit for Golden Roots Nursery relative to the cultivation of cannabis products at 7100 Farinon Road.

All interested parties are invited to submit comments to the Planning Department at firstname.lastname@example.org before 5pm on September 15, 2020. Written comments can be mailed to the Planning Department at the above address. All comments received will be read aloud during the meeting.
Challenges to the City Council’s decision may be limited only to those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Colusa at, or prior to, the public hearing.
