NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a Public Hearing in the City Council chambers in the Colusa City Hall located at 425 Webster Street on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter. The meeting is for the purpose of reviewing, and making a recommendation to the City Council on, the following item(s):
Variance Application 02-20 (V) to convert an existing structure into an accessory dwelling unit (ADU), and to construct a single-vehicle carport structure, encroaching within minimum yard areas required under Zoning Ordinance Section 5.05.
