Colusa County Air Pollution Control District – Notice of Public Hearing


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Colusa County Board of Directors of the Air Pollution Control District will declare open the 30-day comment period as of October 7, 2020 on the proposed amendment of District Rule 266 РEquipment Breakdowns pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 40725, and will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. to adopt said changes. Rule 266 is procedural rule which outlines equipment breakdown reporting requirements for stationary source facilities under permit with the Colusa County Air Pollution Control District.  The provisions specified in California Health and Safety Code Sections 40703, 40727, 40727.2, 40728.5 and 40922 do not apply to the Rule 266 amendment.  The proposed amendments to Rule 266 do not include proposed control measures or emission limitations and will not affect air quality, therefore an analysis identifying all existing federal air pollution control requirements or a cost effectiveness assessment are not required.
