NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CITY COUNCIL will hold a Public Hearing in the City Council chambers in the Colusa City Hall located at 425 Webster Street on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter.  The meeting is for the purpose of reviewing, and potentially adopting, the following items:

1. An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Colusa approving a Development Agreement between the City of Colusa and Amarjit Cheema relative to the potential development of the Colusa Town Center Project retail commercial center on approximately 5.39 acres of property located at 1601 State Highway 20 and 1301 Wescott Road in Colusa; and

2. An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Colusa approving a General Development Plan for the Colusa Town Center Project.

All interested parties are invited to submit comments to the Planning Department at planning@cityofcolusa.com before 5pm on , October 20, 2020.  Written comments can be mailed to the Planning Department at the above address.  All comments received will be read aloud during the meeting.

Challenges to the City Council’s decision may be limited only to those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Colusa at, or prior to, the public hearing.
