NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the CITY COUNCIL will hold a Public Hearing in the City Council chambers in the Colusa City Hall located at 425 Webster Street on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter. The meeting is for the purpose of reviewing, and potentially approving, the following items:
1. An Ordinance of the City Council approving a Development Agreement between the City of Colusa and Zapata Brother Enterprises relative to the operation of a cannabis distribution and manufacturing “Type F” facility located at 208 and 210 6th St. in Colusa.
2. A Resolution of the City Council approving a Cannabis Facilities Special Use Permit and a Regulatory Use Permit for Zapata Brother Enterprises relative to the operation of a cannabis distribution and manufacturing “Type F” facility located at 208 and 210 6th St. in Colusa.

During their meeting on November 10, 2020, the City of Colusa Planning Commission voted 4-0-1 to pass a resolution recommending City Council approval of the Ordinance.
