NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the CITY COUNCIL will hold a Public Hearing in the City Council chambers in the Colusa City Hall located at 425 Webster Street on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter. The meeting is for the purpose of reviewing, and potentially approving, the following item:
1. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUSA APPROVING A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT TO CHANGE APPROXIMATELY 1.46 ACRES FROM PARKS RECREATION OPEN SPACE TO PUBLIC FACILITY AND 3.97 ACRES FROM PARKS RECREATION OPEN SPACE INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT FOR THE COLUSA INDUSTRIAL PARK APN: 015-130-106
2. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUSA REZONING APPROXIMATELY 1.46 ACRES FROM OPEN SPACE (O-S) TO PUBLIC FACILITIES (P-F) DISTRICT AND 3.97 ACRES FROM OPEN SPACE (O-S) TO LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (M-1) DISTRICT FOR THE COLUSA INDUSTRIAL PARK APN: 015-130-106
3. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUSA APPROVING TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP 01-20 (TM) TO SUBDIVIDE APPROXIMATELY 50.50 ACRES FOR THE COLUSA INDUSTRIAL PARK APN: 015-130-106

During their public hearing held on November 10, 2020, the Planning Commission voted 4-0-1 to recommend City Council approval of all items above.
