NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Colusa County Board of Directors of the Air Pollution Control District will declare open the 30-day comment period as of April 29, 2020 on the proposed amendment of District Rule 266 – Equipment Breakdowns pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 40725, and will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. to adopt said changes.
