NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN will hold a Public Hearing in the City Council chambers in the Colusa City Hall located at 425 Webster Street on Tuesday, May19, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter. The meeting is for the purpose of reviewing, and potentially adopting, the following item:
1. An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Colusa approving a Development Agreement between the City of Colusa and Amarjit Cheema relative to the potential development and operation of retail commercial center on approximately 6 acres of property located at 1601 State Highway 20 and 1301 Wescott Road in Colusa.

All interested parties are invited to submit written comments to the Planning Department at firstname.lastname@example.org, to the Planning Department at the above address, or by dropping off a comment at the City Hall drop box. All written comments will need to be dropped off by 4:00 p.m. on May 19, 2020. Email comments will be accepted until the time the matter is called for a public hearing. Each comment will be read aloud by the City Planning Department or the Planning Commission Chairperson for up to 3 minutes.
