NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a Public Hearing in the City Council chambers in the Colusa City Hall located at 425 Webster Street on Wednesday, September 21, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter.  The meeting is for the purpose of reviewing, and making a recommendation to the City Council on, the following items:

1. A Resolution of the City of Colusa Planning Commission recommending City Council approval of a General Development Plan for the Colusa Town Center Project; and

2. A Resolution of the City of Colusa Planning Commission granting Conditional Use Permit approval of the Colusa Town Center Project site/architectural plans for multiple retail businesses, gas station/car wash, 3 fast-food restaurants with drive-through service windows, and related signage on approximately 6 acres of property located at 1601 State Highway 20 and 1301 Wescott Road in Colusa.

All interested parties are invited to submit comments to the Planning Department at planning@cityofcolusa.com before 5pm on September 21, 2020.  Written comments can be mailed to the Planning Department at the above address.  All comments received will be read aloud during the meeting.

Challenges to the Planning Commission’s decision may be limited only to those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Colusa at, or prior to, the public hearing.
