NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Colusa County Groundwater Commission will hold a Public Hearing for the purpose of considering an application for an Out-of-County Groundwater Substitution Water Transfer permit and agreement from Sycamore Mutual Water Company. Said application requests approval to transfer a maximum of 5,000 acre-feet of surface water and replace this water with groundwater pumping. During the public hearing the Commission will consider public comment and evidence, staff analysis and recommendation, and any other input and may approve, deny or conditionally approve the application.
The Public Hearing will be held on June 3, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Colusa Industrial Properties Conference Room, 100 Sunrise Blvd., Colusa, CA 95932. There will be limited in-person seating available and physical distancing requirements will be strictly enforced. This meeting is being agendized to allow attendees to participate via teleconference, pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20. Members of the Public are encouraged to participate in the meeting via teleconference.
