DRAFT DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES UPDATE, CONNECTION FEES UPDATE,
QUIMBY PARKLAND IN-LIEU FEE UPDATE, AND USER FEES UPDATE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Williams will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, July 6, 2020 at 6:00 p.m.  The meeting will be held in City Council Chambers, 810 E Street, Williams, CA.  In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, please notify City Hall 72 hours prior to the meeting to arrange for special needs – (530) 473-5389.

All interested persons are invited to attend the meeting/workshop and present written and/or oral comments on the matters being considered.  If you challenge these matters in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing(s) described in this notice, or in written correspondence submitted to the City Clerk at, or prior to, the public hearing(s).

Balancing the health risks associated with COVID-19, while appreciating the public’s to conduct the peoples’ business in transparent and open manner, the City wants you to know that you can submit your comments and questions in writing for City Council’s consideration by sending them to the City Clerk at mpineda@cityofwilliams.org or the City Planner at mstegall@cityofwilliams.org To give the City Council adequate time to review your questions and comments, please submit written comments prior to 4:00p.m. on Monday, July 6th.
