The American Legion post 218 celebrated its 100th active year on March 18, 2020.
Over 50 attendees were present with 30 being members of the American Legion.
A St. Patrick’s Day dinner with cake was served to honor the milestone event. Members of the American Legion Auxiliary were also present.
“I’m honored to be a member of this organization,” said Sandra Forney, one of the newest members. “This group stays active with the community and that’s a trait I admire.” ■
