At about 4:30 PM, on Sunday, March 29, emergency personnel were dispatched to a vehicle rollover on Delphos Road in Williams.

Upon arrival emergency units found a 2006 Nissan Murano with rollover damage and four individuals with major injuries.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the 2006 Nissan Murano, driven by Charlie Davis, 27, of Red Bluff, was traveling Northbound on Intrastate 5 at a high rate of speed and for unknown reasons allowed the vehicle to leave the roadway. The vehicle then overturned multiple times with two of the passengers ejected from the vehicle.

The passengers were Crystal Davis, 44, of Red Bluff, and Johnyah West, 18, of Richmond, and a 16-year-old minor.

All passengers suffered major injuries due to this collision, the CHP said. Two individuals were air-lifted to hospitals.

Only one occupant was wearing their seat-belt during the collision, the CHP said. The investigation of this collision is still ongoing.
