Pauline Midori Roberts (1932-2020)

Pauline Midori Roberts passed away in Live Oak on October 5, 2020 at the age of 88.  Born in Japan to Fukuishi and Matsuyo Kunimoto on July 17, 1932, Pauline was a 32-year resident of Colusa County.  Pauline was married for Luther Frank Roberts and the two had one son, Greg.

Pauline enjoyed playing bingo and was a regular at the Colusa Casino where she made many friends.  Pauline was predeceased by her parents, her husband and her siblings, Tokio Kunimoto, Masao Kunimoto, Shino Murray and Tak Kunimoto.  She is survived by her son Greg Roberts and daughter-in-law Kristine Alessandrini of Los Angeles; her housemate of many years, J.C. Stanley of Maxwell; and siblings Harry Kunimoto, Miyoshi Kunimoto and Ayame Okuma.

A Celebration of Pauline’s Life will be held Monday October 26, 2020 10:00 a.m. at McNary Moore Funeral Service, 107 5th Street, Colusa, CA 95932.  Inurnment will be private at Sebastopol Memorial Lawn Cemetery in Sebastopol.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Pauline’s name are appreciated to the charity of your choice. ■
