■ Terry Linmark Moland, Jr., 27, of Oakland, CA, was arrested by the Williams Police Department on 02/03/2020, at 10:24 PM, in the area of Highway 20 at Marguerite Street of Williams, on suspicion of (PC 25850 A) carrying a loaded firearm in a vehicle, and held on an arrest warrant.

■ Meggan Nichole Howe, 29, of San Jose, CA, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on 02/03/2020, at 10:42 PM, in the area of Interstate 5 just South of Hahn Road of Colusa County, on suspicion of (VC 23152 G) driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs; (PC 243 B) battery on a police officer; (PC 148 A) resisting or obstructing a police officer; (HS 11350 A) the possession of a controlled narcotic substance; (HS 11365 A) the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia.

■ Diego Alexis Ruiz, 21, of Colusa, CA, was arrested by the Williams Police Department on 02/04/2020, at 8:59 PM, in the 100 block of Brenda Way of Williams, on suspicion of (VC 23152 A,B) driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

■ Luis Humberto Orosco, 18, of Williams, CA, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriffs Office on 02/04/2020, at 8:11 PM, in the 2000 block of Gibson Road of Williams, on suspicion of (PC 496 A) receiving stolen property; and (PC 488) petty theft or shoplifting.

■ LaPage Renee Hammer, 51, of Lucerne, CA, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on 02/04/2020, at 6:13 PM, in the 100 block of Marguerite Street of Williams, on suspicion of (HS 11377) the possession of a controlled substance; (VC 23152 F) driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

■ Bryan Anthony Burgess, 18, of Williams, CA, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriffs Office on 02/04/2020, at 8:11 PM, in the 2000 block of Gibson Road of Williams, on suspicion of (PC 496 A) receiving stolen property; and (PC 488) petty theft or shoplifting.

■ Octavio Jimenez-Alejandre, 21, of Williams, CA, was arrested by the Williams Police Department on 02/06/2020, at 11:50 PM, in the area of Eighth Street of Williams, on suspicion of (PC 273.6 A) violating a court order to prevent domestic violence.

■ Alfredo Eduardo Lepe, 32, of Maxwell, CA, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriffs Office on 02/08/2020, at 1:55 AM, in the 100 block of California Street of Maxwell, on suspicion of (PC 243 E.1) Battery on a spouse, ex-spouse, or date.

■ Taresha Irsh Lefthand, 34, of Sacramento, CA, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department on 02/09/2020, at 9:19 PM, in the 200 block of Main Street of Colusa, on suspicion of (PC 496 A) receiving stolen property.

■ Aaron Janez Drikz, 28, of Sacramento, CA, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department on 02/09/2020, at 10:12 PM, in the area of Main and Second Street of Colusa, on suspicion of (PC 496 A) receiving Stanley property..

■ David Hank, 30, of Clear Lake, CA, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on 02/09/2020, at 3:16 PM, in the area of Highway 20 just West of Schaad Road of Colusa County, on suspicion of (VC 23152 A,B) Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
