► Ebed Mendoza Cruz, 48, of Williams, CA, was arrested by the Williams Police Department on 06/02/2020, at 4:41 PM, in the 200 block of E. Webster Street of Colusa, on suspicion of sexual intercourse or sodomy with a child 10 years of age or younger [PC 288.7]; kidnap to commit robbery, rape, etc. [PC 209(B)(1)]; lewd and lascivious acts with a child under the age of 14 with force [PC 288.5(B)(1)]; continuous sexual abuse of a child [PC 288.5(A)]; oral copulation [PC 288(A)]; and unlawful sexual intercourse [PC 261.5(D)].

► John Leland Clark, 68, of Colusa, CA, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department on 06/03/2020, at 9:02 AM, in the area of 10th and Webster Streets of Colusa, on suspicion of public intoxication [PC 647(F)].

► Samuel Lynn Collins, 47, of Paramount, CA, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on 06/04/2020, at 3:39 AM, in the area of Hahn and Interstate 5 of Colusa County, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs [VC 23152(F)]; and the possession of a narcotic controlled substance [HS 11350(A)]; and held on several arrest warrants.

► Michael Daddo Munar, 53, of Williams, CA, was arrested by the Williams Police Department on 06/04/2020, at 4:21 AM, in the 500 block of Marguerite Street of Williams, on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant [PC 273.5]; and for unlawfully or maliciously removing, destroying or obstructing the use of any wireless communication device with the intent to prevent the use of the device to summon assistance or notify law enforcement [PC 591.5(A)]; malicious mischief or vandalism [PC 594].

► Mario Flores, 27, of Williams, CA, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on 06/05/2020, at 2:00 AM, in the area of Hahn and Interstate 5 of Colusa County, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs [VC 23152(A)(B)].

► Ethan Paul Avina, 41, of Nice, CA, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on 06/05/2020, at 9:52 PM, in the area of Highway 20 and E Street of Williams, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol [VC 23152(A)(B)].

► Jason Parker, 48, of Carlsbad, CA, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on 06/07/2020, at 8:03 PM, in the area of Freshwater Road of Colusa County, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol [VC23152(A)(B)].
