A bench warrant has been issued in the amount of $50,000 for the arrest of Alex Miranda, 27, of Williams, for failure to appear in Colusa County Superior Court on March 8 for entry of plea. Miranda is facing a single charge of carrying a concealed loaded firearm.
Two bench warrants totaling $35,000 has been issued for the arrest of Rebecca Lynn Pina, 36, of Woodland, for failure to appear in Colusa County Superior Court on March 8 for entry of plea. Pina is facing charges of receiving stolen property (motor vehicle), possession of a controlled substance, and a previous failure to appear in court.
Bench warrants totaling $45,000 has been issued for Francisco Arturo Rodriguez, 42, of Colusa, for failure to appear in Colusa County on March 8 for setting of a preliminary hearing and setting of a probation violation hearing. Rodriguez is facing charges of corporal injury to a child’s parent, domestic violence with great bodily injury, false imprisonment by violence, willful disobedience of a court order, and violating the terms of his probation.
Rodriguez has a lengthy criminal history in Colusa County dating back to 2002, when he pleaded no contest and was convicted of vandalism in exchange for a dismissal on charges of discharging a firearm from a vehicle.
Rodriguez was on probation following the Feb. 19, 2019 conviction on domestic violence battery. He was previously convicted on drug related charges, public intoxication, vandalism, battery, and child endangerment.
