A “no bail” bench warrant has been issued for the arrest of Ernesto Pena Rolon, for failure to appear in Colusa County Superior Court on May 3. Rolon, 26, of Maxwell, is facing charges alleging violation of a court order and probation. Rolon has a lengthy criminal history in Colusa County, including convictions for corporal injury battery, disturbing the peace by fighting, engaging in lewd conduct, and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
A bench warrant in the amount of $30,000 has been issued for the arrest of Josiah Severs for failure to appear in Colusa County Court on April 26. Severs, 37, of Orland, is facing charges alleging the unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. Severs was arrested by the CHP in Arbuckle on Dec. 5, 2020 following a reported hit and run. Severs was arrested on Feb. 8 in Lassen County on a $50,000 bench warrant for failure to appear in Glenn County Superior Court on felony charges.
A bench warrant in the amount of $25,000 was issued for Harrison Polk for failure to appear in Colusa County Superior Court on April 26 to report the status of rehabilitation. Polk, 61, of Chico, is facing charges alleging leaving the scene of an injury accident, and DUI causing injury. He was arrested by the CHP on Nov. 16 on Highway 45.
