NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Colusa County Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on May 5, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. in the County Board of Supervisors Chambers at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA, 95932 to consider a proposed Resolution recommending to the Colusa County Board of Supervisors the adoption of Zoning Amendment PD 21-3 and CEQA Exemption:
1.) Amending Section 44.0-10, Definitions, to include a definition for Park Trailers (Tiny Homes) and allowing them as accessory dwelling units.
2.) The project is considered exempt from CEQA pursuant to Section 15305(a) Minor Alteration to Land Use Limitations because the project consists of adding a new allowable housing type.

If you challenge the proposed project or environmental determination in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised a the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered at, or prior to, the public hearing.
