NOTICE OF ADOPTION BY THE COLUSA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO TEMPORARILY SELL AND TRANSFER CENTRAL VALLEY WATER PROJECT RIGHTS FOR THE 2021 CONTRACT WATER YEAR
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on March 30, 2021, the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution No. 21-013 declaring its intent to temporarily sell and transfer a portion of the County’s contract Central Valley Project water. Sealed proposals for the purchase of the water referenced in the Resolution under the required minimum terms stated in the Resolution will be opened by the Board for consideration at is regularly scheduled meeting on April 27, 2021 in the Board’s Chamber at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa California. Sealed proposals may be delivered to the Clerk of the Board, by mail or in person at 547 Market Street, Ste. 102, Colusa, CA, up to the close of business on April 23, 2021.
Proposals that do not demonstrate on their face sufficient information showing compliance with the minimum terms of sale required by the Resolution will be rejected as non-responsive. Additionally, the Board will accept oral bids at the meeting from responsible bidders meeting all the minimum requirements mandated by the Resolution.
